REGISTRATION

IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?

Three Village Kids Lemonade Stand does not require a registration fee. All participants are encouraged to support the event by fundraising or making a donation.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME?

Yes. Registering lets us keep you updated on the latest Lemonade Stand info. It also gives us an idea of how many people to expect at the event, so we can plan ahead for supplies, T-shirts and volunteer staffing. Anyone interested in participating needs to sign waiver/release form. Forms can be dropped off or emailed.

 

FUNDRAISING

IS THERE A FUNDRAISING MINIMUM?

No, but we encourage every participant to support Three Village Kids Lemonade Stand by making a donation and aiming high when setting their fundraising goals.

NEW: Raise $100 by July 10th, and will earn a Three Village Kids Lemonade Stand T-shirt to wear at the event! (more details below) 

 

HOW ARE DONATIONS MADE?

Donations can be made via cash, check or online with a credit card. *Cash and check donations should be recorded on pledge forms.

*All checks should be made payable to “The Stony Brook Foundation” with Lemonade Stand/Child Life Services in the memo.

DO YOU ACCEPT EMPLOYER-MATCHING DONATIONS?

Yes! Please talk to your human resources department to find out if your company participates in our matching gift program. This is a great way You can double your fundraising contribution.

 

ARE DONATIONS TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?

Yes, all donations are tax-deductible.

 

HOW DO I GET A T-SHIRT?

Any participant who turns in donations of $100 or more, by July 20th, will receive an official Three Village Kids Lemonade Stand T-shirt. T-shirt sizes can be ordered on pledge forms. 

*NEW: T-shirt deadline is July 20th. Pledge forms for those who have raised a minimum of $100 and earned a t-shirt need to be submitted by 7/20.  

*Volunteers may also purchase t-shirts for $20 (date to be announced.)

CAN I STILL HELP IF I CAN'T ATTEND?

Of course, and please consider doing so! You can choose to sign up as a fundraiser collecting donations online, or on your pledge form. We also will have volunteer opportunities before- watching the Twitch stream nightly as the server is being built, distributing flyers, hanging posters, collecting supplies, sharing social media, participating in the Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy Challenge, helping obtain raffle prizes to use at the event.

ATTENDEES: THE DAY OF THE LEMONADE STAND (DRIVE-THRU)

FOR YOUR SAFETY:

Volunteers/Sponsor Representatives to be wearing masks and gloves for the event.

All attendees will be required to stay in their vehicles.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING THE DAY OF THE LEMONADE STAND?

Thirsty family and friends (and a little patience in case the line is long! We will certainly do our best to keep things moving, but also want to be as cautious and safe as possible.)

Cash preferred.

Checks can be made payable to "Stony Brook Foundation" with

TVKids Lemonade stand in memo.

Tents on site:

LEMONADE TENT-

1.) selling "to-go" cups of traditional or pink lemonade with lids & straws;

2.) selling DIY lemonade kits (if you are not comfortable drinking our pre-made lemonade, this DIY kit will allow you the opportunity to take it home to make.)

MERCHANDISE TENT-

1.) pre-orders can be picked up here

3.) for sale- RUBBER BRACELETS

4.) for Sale- FACE MASKS

5.) for Sale- *limited quantity* t-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS

RAFFLE TENT-

*5-6 high end raffles (types still TBD) to be available.

Tickets can be purchased at this tent.

Winners will be announced LIVE at event #2- Virtual Lemonade Stand on Twitch 7:30-9:30pm

NO GAME TENTS- NO ACTIVITY TENTS- NO PERFORMANCES THIS YEAR

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

NEW FOR 2021: All attendees will be required to stay in their vehicles. You will be driving through the bus circle at Murphy to the staggered tents. 

​

WHAT IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER?

Rain date Tues 8/10 (same applies for LIVE Stream)
